  • How do I get a Memorial Made?

    If you have a Hero that you would like to honor with a Memorial, please follow this link to submit an application.

  • What are your customer service hours?

    Our team is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm PST.  Excluding holidays

  • What is the status of my order?

    Once your order is submitted and payment has been completed, you will receive an email with the order number, letting you know we’ve received your order and it’s on its way to production.

    Production will vary depending on what is included in your order.

    During the production time, your order status will show as “Pending.” Once your order has been produced and fulfilled, your order status will change from “Pending” to “Shipped.” Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

    Once your order ships, it normally takes 2-5 business days to receive it.
